Document processing errors for a small number of customers
Resolved - A small number of customers were unable to submit documents for processing (https://api.kaunt.com/v1/tenants/:tenantId/companies/:companyName/invoicecodingproposals/document/process(many)). Affected requests returned an error rather than being accepted.

The cause was a change to how our internal services exchange configuration, introduced in a recent release. It only affected customers with a particular document extraction setting, which is why the impact was limited to a few accounts.

A fix has been released and document processing is operating normally. Any documents that were rejected during this period can be resubmitted.
